A series of four drawings on paper with pen, 18.2 x 17.1 cm. 2025.
Part of New Lines, group exhibition at Little Bird Place Gallery.
Inspired by the classical psychological Rorschach test with mirrored inkblots, the series tries to remove much of the erotic from the male body by removing the body itself and leaving only the chest, pubic, and armpit hair. This creates an ambiguous and almost abstract image that prompts diverse associations in the viewer, depending on their perception and preferences: some see flowers, the faces of monkeys or bears or something else, whilst others cannot not see the male body.
