Many philosophers, composers, writers, and artists, as well as people who are not active in any of the artistic fields, regard art as an important source of comfort and meaning. Referring to The Consolation of Philosophy by Boethius, The Consolation of Art is a series of 10 small flacons, each containing a fragment of a short story called The Death of T. S. Eliot. These fragments are art for emergencies. Safe in their containers, they can be worn as a necklace or as a key-holder, always close, always at the ready.
